Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pidilite Industries Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the waterproofing segment within the Noida territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with application subsidiaries and channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within allocated accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Order Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain an order pipeline for all allocated key accounts, ensuring timely achievement of sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Candidate Profile: A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction chemicals/building material sales in projects, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command over English and Hindi language.
  • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of civil construction and rate analysis for water proofing items.
