Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management lead to support ongoing operations of our software platform.

About the Role
  • Provide advanced technical and functional support for Supply Chain modules.
  • Ensure issue resolution and participate in change control processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain modules along with strong troubleshooting capabilities in complex environments including Planning, WMS, 3PLs, Inventory, and external systems.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS platform.
  • Deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle SCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Participate in CAB meetings and follow change control processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
