Retail Store Operations Manager

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and stocked properly, managing inventory levels, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor operations, including supervising staff, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring merchandise is displayed properly
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and merchandise as needed, and conducting regular stock checks
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including conducting regular maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff, and conduct performance evaluations
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
