Data Analysis Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled data analysis expert to join our team. As a Senior Manager Data Analyst, you will be responsible for effectively managing and analyzing large volumes of data to extract valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and address critical business questions.
  • Validate and Preprocess Data: Thoroughly clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and identify and resolve data quality issues such as missing values and outliers to maintain data integrity.
  • Present Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner through the use of charts, graphs, and other visualizations, enabling users to easily understand and interpret the data.
  • Ad-hoc Data Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, proactively addressing emerging business needs by performing on-demand data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and data mining algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, example - Python language.
  • Strong SQL with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Qlik and ETL tools like Alteryx.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • 7 years extensive experience in Data and/or Business Analytics.
  • Candidates with a background in Financial Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
