Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team in the development of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced software engineer with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our innovative AI platform, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization. You will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.\
• Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.\
• Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.\
• Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.\
• Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.\
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.\
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.\
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.\
• Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.\
• Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.\
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.\
• Proven expertise in Python.\
• Hands-on experience with Langchain.\
• Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.\
• Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).\
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.\
• Proficient with Git for version control.\
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.\
• Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.\
• Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.\
• Strong leadership and management skills.\

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local LLM execution and management.\
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.\
• Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.\
• Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.\
• Familiarity with MLOps principles.\
• Experience with relevant testing frameworks.\
• Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.\
• Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, and time-series analysis.\
