Job Description:

About the internship: We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Innovation Catalyst Interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that drive innovation and growth in our organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Solving complex problems through innovative thinking and R&D techniques
  • Supporting our R&D managers in research, data collection, and reporting
  • Assisting with experiment/project execution
  • Preparing relevant documents related to products and processes
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions for new idea generation
  • Executing product improvement initiatives on time
  • Conducting scientific literature searches to support experimental study design
  • Generating simple statistical summaries and reports of collected data
