HR Generalist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Prov HR Solutions Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and talent management of our human resources.

**Key Responsibilities/Functions:**

• Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with various unit heads on a regular basis to close open positions within TAT
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, or industry contacts
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• HR Operations:
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and design initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Extensive knowledge of MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to analyze data and publish dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• MBA (full-time) required; around 5-7 years of experience, with minimum 4 years in Recruitment/Talent acquisition
