Content Writer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled content writer to create engaging, high-quality content for various marketing formats. This role involves crafting compelling copy, adapting tone and messaging to fit each university brand and campaign objective, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create conversion-oriented copy for Google search and display ads, social media ad captions, brochures, flyers, student handbooks, website and landing page content, email marketing, and video scripts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of diverse audiences and craft copy that resonates with them.
  • Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and admissions teams to ensure aligned messaging and audience needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Optimize existing copy for clarity, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience writing marketing copy preferably in edtech, higher education, or a consumer-facing brand.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social content, and multi-format campaigns.
  • Sharp attention to detail and grammar skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced iterative environment.
