Job Title: Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and skilled interior designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create space plans that meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Develop 2D designs for allocated projects, incorporating customer concepts and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client files and update daily work progress.
  • Conduct site visits to take measurements and prepare furniture layouts.
  • Finalize soft furnishings and provide electrical drawings based on the layout.
  • Ensure Layout and item list (LIL) approval from clients before proceeding with 2D drawings.
  • Collaborate with design managers and 3D visualizers to create 3D views and undertake drawing revisions if necessary.
  • Prepare final estimations and send drawings to factories for production.
  • Cordinate with project teams during execution and obtain client satisfaction reports.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management and software handling skills, particularly in AutoCAD.
