Job Description:Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial operations team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities, including month-end closing, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial operations team in preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
