Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing backend engineering team.

Technical Delivery

  • Oversee the development of transactional and behavioral systems.
  • Partner with product managers to scope and release B2C product features.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve system performance, scalability, and resilience.
  • Streamline development workflows and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional experience in backend technologies.
  • 2–3 years as an Engineering Manager, leading teams and driving delivery.

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in Golang and Python.
  • Proven track record with high-scale systems (≥10K RPM).

Leadership Qualities

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams through appraisal cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
