Professional NET Full Stack Developer Wanted

• Migrate C# Projects:
  • Migrate existing Job Engine plugins and supporting libraries to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8, carefully managing dependency order.
  • Ensure that libraries shared by other .NET Framework services are updated to target .NET Standard 2.0 to maintain compatibility.
  • Identify and resolve compatibility issues with third-party NuGet packages, which may involve upgrading package versions or finding functionally equivalent alternatives.
• SDLC Participation:
  • Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to documented best practices for security, coding style guides, pull requests, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Closely collaborate with the engineering team to perform thorough unit and integration testing for all migrated libraries and new features.
  • Develop and maintain robust back-end services using .NET, C#, and .NET Core.
  • Design and implement scalable front-end user interfaces using React.
  • Work with SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data manipulation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Back-End Development:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and C#.
  • Extensive experience with .NET Core.
• Front-End Development:
  • Solid experience with React for building modern web applications.
• Database:
  • Proficiency in SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.
• Migration Expertise: Demonstrated experience with migrating legacy applications or libraries to newer .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Standard, .NET 8).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
