Job Title: UI/UX Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to contribute to our product development team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design Initiatives: You will lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products, focusing on healthcare and insurance solutions.
  • Drive Product Design: You will drive the design of new products from concept to production-ready solutions.
  • Design Dashboards and Workflows: You will design dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
  • Build Design Systems: You will build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct Research: You will conduct secondary research (content analysis, user flows, information architecture) to guide product direction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You will collaborate with business teams, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
  • Create Documentation: You will create clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Healthcare Experience: Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects (US healthcare experience is a strong plus).
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Startup Environment: Experience working in 0–1 startup environments with high ambiguity.
  • Skills: Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
  • Ai Tools: Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and new-age AI tools for design and ideation.
