Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving next-gen recruitment technology solutions for employers around the world. You'll harness machine learning and industry expertise to deliver the most relevant candidates in the shortest time, giving our customers a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential supply partners and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels.
  • Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveo's solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential supply partners to educate them about Joveo's offerings and position the value proposition effectively.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights from the field to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Accurately update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Joveo's products, market trends, and industry news to effectively communicate the latest developments and advancements to potential clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You'll also need to be a self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media channels.
