Job Description

Azure DevOps Engineers design and build scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure-based services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment processes.
  • Automate build, deployment, and configuration management.
  • Manage infrastructure using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
  • Work closely with development teams for smooth software delivery.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates or Terraform.
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance of DevOps processes and Azure resources.
  • Drive automation, testing, and continuous improvement in DevOps best practices.
  • Manage version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in Azure DevOps.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos, Artifacts).
  • Proficient in IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, AKS, Key Vault, VNet).
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experience in implementing security best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Git and branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for build and deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
