We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health Economics & Outcomes Research Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, biostatistics, or epidemiology and at least 2 years of experience in observational data studies. They will be responsible for providing consultation on internal RWE databases studies/analyses, executing RWE studies/analyses by SAS, generating high-quality deliverables, and managing projects effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on study design, data source identification, protocol development, statistical analysis, and interpretation
  • Executing RWE studies/analyses using SAS and other programming languages
  • Generating high-quality, readily interpretable deliverables (e.g., data tables, graphs, charts, study reports)
  • Developing mock table shells, preparing specifications, and ensuring quality control on analyses conducted by junior programmers

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication and study management skills, with the ability to take detailed HE&OR study results and communicate them in a clear, non-technical manner to internal cross-functional teams. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, diverse, and matrix environment.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, computer science, or other quantitative analysis fields. Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and R is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is also required.
