Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Automation Governance Specialist to spearhead the development of a comprehensive governance and automation platform that enforces best practices. This position is fully remote and will require collaboration with our team from India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a framework for validating code and practices, incorporating over 300 best practices.
  • Develop automated code checks and rule validation systems leveraging Python skills and emphasis on testing frameworks & automation.
  • Integrate with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Python with emphasis on testing frameworks & automation.
  • Experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to build systems for rule validation documentation and reporting.
  • Backend experience with databases SQL automation and data pipelines.
  • Comfortable implementing governance standards across large organizations.
  • Complete existing rule sets.
  • Enable engineers to create custom compliance checks.
  • Develop a global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.
