Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead marketing and growth initiatives for our grocery e-commerce platform in India. As a Senior Manager of E-commerce Growth, you will be responsible for deciphering customer needs and shaping cutting-edge ideas, campaigns, and merchandising solutions that elevate their experience with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Marketing Managers responsible for engagement and growth and merchandising for online grocery
  • Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for India Grocery
  • Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and Flex performance standards
  • Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators, developing mechanisms that provide actionable insights to audit and optimize engagement for our Delivery Partners
  • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies for acquisition, growth, merchandising, social media marketing and other marketing campaigns
  • Manage regional strategies for engagement, including events, advertising, promotions
  • Test and learn to propose new concepts for national rollout, provide input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports, experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems
