Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Systems Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in implementing and configuring supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise with Manhattan WMS Active, ensuring seamless warehouse workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Manhattan WMS Active to meet business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Testing & Support: Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the Manhattan WMS platform.
Requirements:
  • Core Experience: 5 to 15+ years of professional experience with Manhattan WMS Active.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS Active, including its core modules and functionalities.
    • Proven experience in WMS implementation, configuration, and support.
    • Solid understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Professional Attributes:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with Manhattan WMOS or other versions of the software.
    • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
