We are seeking a skilled and experienced performance marketing expert to drive measurable business growth across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch & Scale: Running ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.

  • Multi-Industry Campaigns: Managing performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize Relentlessly: Tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Test Like a Pro: Running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Converting bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive Into Data: Analyzing campaigns, uncovering insights, and recommending next steps.
  • Manage Budgets Smartly: Ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable growth.
  • Stay Ahead: Exploring new paid channels (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • A smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset: Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • A creative + analytical balance: Able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
