About the Role

This is a key position that requires expertise in integration and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically with PowerApps and custom plugins.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving complex integration issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo via connectors or middleware.
  • Designing and developing scalable solutions, including workflows, custom plugins, and Power Automate flows to manage lead, contact, and email status data flows.
  • Supporting the development and testing of email invalid/bounce handling solutions within CE.
  • Evaluating and updating key fields in a timely manner to enable seamless marketing campaign execution, segmentation, and journey activation.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align CE data structures and processes with business requirements.
  • Conducting data validation, mapping verification, and contributing to data governance across integrated systems.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will also be experienced in working with large enterprise solutions, cloud-based technologies, and marketing platforms.
