At RevX, we're seeking an exceptional Graphic Design Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer with extensive experience in creating marketing and sales materials, including product decks, print designs, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, and posters.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging digital assets, such as website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • This role requires strong collaboration skills, particularly when working on branding and visual identity projects for B2B organizations, ensuring a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience in the B2B tech product/service space is required.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, and posters.
  • They will also be well-versed in creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Solid web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization is essential.
  • Experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations is highly valued.
  • A strong ability to convey design thinking clearly and push back on ideas when necessary is crucial.
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills, with experience using Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut would be an asset.
  • An understanding of AI design tools, including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and such would also be beneficial.
  • Strong front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery are desirable.
  • An understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem and revenue operations (RevOps) space would be an added advantage.
