School Management Support Professional

School management and administration can be a challenging task, especially for small schools. At our organization, we strive to simplify this process by providing innovative solutions.

We are seeking an individual who can play a vital role in supporting our users. As a customer-focused professional, you will be the first point of contact for educators, school administrators, and tech coordinators seeking support via email, chat, or occasional phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests, troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile applications, and collaborate with our teams to resolve issues and escalate bugs or feature requests.
  • Your tasks will also include creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly help documentation and FAQs, identifying recurring issues and trends, and helping us improve internal processes and product functionality.
  • Maintaining a high satisfaction score and delivering a seamless support experience to our users is crucial to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a professional with 5–6 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Prior experience supporting software platforms, ideally in education-adjacent sectors, is highly desirable.
  • A strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and explain them simply is essential.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with empathy, patience, and a true customer-first mindset, are must-haves for this role.
  • Bonus points if you have experience supporting K–12 educators or school districts
