  • Financial Operations: Perform day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures to minimize risks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to junior team members to aid in their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC or similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software, such as E1, QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
