Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications that meet the highest quality standards.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain application features using C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs, and React Native.
  • Pitch new ideas and test innovative approaches.
  • Manage the full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
Requirements
  • 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to provide hands-on and technical guidance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Solid understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.
