We are seeking a skilled Dynamic Process Simulation Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Chemical Process Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and testing process models, logic emulation, and graphic user interface development for projects. You will collect data from customer sites, support generating required project/proposal documentation, configure models and controllers, demonstrate technology offerings, and participate in meetings with sales and solution consultants to understand customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain complex process models and logic emulation for various industries.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements and develop project proposals.
+ Utilize dynamic simulation software to analyze and optimize process performance.
+ Design and implement control strategies to improve plant operations and safety.
+ Conduct acceptance tests and ensure seamless project handovers to clients.
+ Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers and project team members.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in dynamic process simulation and process modeling.
+ Strong understanding of process control systems and instrumentation.
+ Proficient in utilizing industry-standard simulation software, including Aspen Hysys Steady State and Dynamics, Aspen Plus and Aspen Dynamics, Unisim, Dynsim, K-Spice, INDISS, Mimic.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and site visits.
