Batch Management Team Lead

The Batch Manager Lead oversees the smooth execution, coordination and management of multiple batches/programs. This role ensures operational, academic and administrative aspects of all batches are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and implement batch schedules, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty, trainers and support teams to ensure readiness.
  • Daily Operations and Issue Resolution: Monitor daily batch operations and resolve issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead, guide and mentor batch managers/executives.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
  • Regular Feedback and Skill Development: Provide regular feedback and facilitate skill development.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with academic, operations and placement teams. Act as the primary escalation point for batch-related concerns.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with students, faculty and administrative staff.
Quality and Compliance:
  • Academic Guidelines and Processes: Ensure adherence to academic guidelines, processes and policies.
  • Attendance and Progress Monitoring: Monitor attendance, progress and performance of batches.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on learning delivery and student support.
