We are seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our team as Paid Assistants. As a Paid Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering excellence in client service and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Audits & Tax Audits:
    • Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing audits of companies, LLPs, firms, and other entities as per Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and relevant statutes.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Audits & Risk Reviews:
    • Conduct process reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
    • Prepare internal audit reports highlighting key observations and risk areas.
    • Support clients in strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting Support:
    • Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP/Cloud-based systems.
    • Handle reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant - Qualified or Chartered Accountant - Semi-Qualified.
  • 0–5 years of experience.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented individual.
  • Committed to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Ready to take on responsibility and work collaboratively.
