Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search advertising strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
  • Set up tracking for clients based on their goals using tools like Google Ads, GA, GA4, and GTM
  • Analyze user behavior and identify trends to optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct keyword research and create and manage PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads that align with business goals and target audience
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush

We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience within a digital performance agency, responsible for delivering against performance targets. You should have previous experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and paid media (Google Ads, Bing, etc.). Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial. Strong client-facing skills, understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships are essential. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve client issues is also required.
