Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM System Administrator to administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science, or engineering, with 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed
  • Configure and customize Windchill according to business requirements
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Implement best practices for data management and system security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities
  • Experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL
  • Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles
  • Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting
