Master Planning and Architectural Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect to take on the role of Master Planner and Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial projects and data centers, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.

The successful applicant will possess excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. They will also be familiar with 3D platforms such as Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of master plans and layouts at plot plan level
  • Architectural design, including ability to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D models
  • Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
  • Conceptualization of facade, fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing details
  • Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book
  • Planning and guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements
  • Reviewing models and ensuring quality control

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in data centers
  • B.Arch. Degree from a recognized university
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA)
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings
  • Proficient in 3D platforms such as Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion
