Outbound IT Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outbound IT Sales Representative to join our team at Base8. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, setting appointments or closing deals, and identifying customer needs and communicating client value propositions.

About the Role:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Set appointments or close deals with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate client value propositions to drive sales growth.
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
  • Work closely with our teams in the United States and Canada through video chat, instant messaging, email, phone, and our software.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
