We are currently seeking a seasoned Marketing Data Steward to join our organization. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of a strategic data governance framework and ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing data.

Job Description

The role of the Marketing Data Steward is multifaceted and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management processes that align with business objectives.

  • You will analyze and document complex data requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop templates and frameworks for capturing data design and business process metadata.
  • Map critical data elements against marketing processes and collaborate on logical data models supporting marketing capabilities.
  • Evaluate data governance and stewardship initiatives to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document fit-for-purpose data for marketing innovation.
  • Prepare data for analytics by working with data architects, engineers, scientists, and AI teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to improve and publish KPI metrics on adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA/Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale data management and business transformation.
  • Expertise in marketing/consumer engagement data domains (e.g., Customer, Digital Assets, Sales).
