This includes reviewing case status on respective renewals systems, interpreting client requests, considering exception handling, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

About the Team

The Global Renewals team consists of IP analysts, Senior IP analysts, Principal IP Analysts, Managers IP, and Operations managers. Internal stakeholders include other teams within the renewals business, while external stakeholders are customers and agents.

Hours of work: 45 working hours a week with flexible time between 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM IST. This is a permanent role.
