We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations at iTriangle. With a strong background in dispatch management and proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting processes, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, with a strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounts. Familiarity with inventory management and invoicing is also essential.
Key responsibilities include managing inward and outward electronic components, overseeing the dispatch and logistics process, coordinating with warehouse, transporters, and clients, and maintaining accurate stock records. The Logistics Manager will also generate invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents, track shipments, and update customers on their order status.
A degree or diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience in the transport or logistics industry is an advantage. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and coordination skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
