Workday Technical Consultant Position

At our organization, we're seeking an experienced Workday technical consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals, as well as extensive experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using various tools.
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.

    • Calculated Fields

    • Oracle EBS – PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Workflow
    • PeopleSoft – PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, SQR, CI, PS Query, Integration Broker
    • SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANA
  • Middleware & Other Tools:
    • APIs & Web Services using .NET, Java, Struts
    • Middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, SOA, ADF, Cast Iron
