ICA Specialist

Electrical Control and Automation Expert Wanted

• We are seeking an Electrical Control and Automation (ICA) professional to join our team.
• The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC, RTU, and SCADA systems and reports.
• A strong understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and layout drawings is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various instruments such as flow meters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, analysers, actuators, Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV), Flow Control Valves (FCV), and electrical panel integration.
• The ability to interpret work plans and execute tasks efficiently according to site requirements is crucial.
• Experience in cable laying with necessary accessories in trenches and trays, as well as proficiency in understanding cable schedules and routing drawings, glanding, termination, and loop/Input-Output (IO) testing in the field, is desired.
• Proficiency in configuring and commissioning flow and pressure data loggers and other instrumentation equipment is required.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing site clearances to sub-contractors and in-house teams as per the plan.
• The candidate will organize all necessary facilities for sub-contractors, stakeholders, and in-house execution teams to ensure project targets are met.
• The role requires site team coordination, consultant/client coordination related to ICA activities, and planning and execution of all works.
• The engineer will implement and manage safety protocols to ensure zero injury results and prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Effective communication of project status updates to the reporting officer on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis is essential.
• Educational Requirements:
• B.E/B. Tech - E&I/I&C/C&I/EEE/ECE degree is mandatory.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
