Project Lifecycle Specialist

As a project lifecycle specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of projects from initiation to closure.

  • You will be responsible for gathering and summarizing data to inform order input, performing material tracking, shipping/receiving functions, and providing accurate usage reports based on ERP data.
  • Additionally, you will provide pricing and availability information on parts, prepare invoices, and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Expediting functions will also be a key responsibility, involving the resolution of customer backorders and the escalation of process-related problems to team leads.
  • As an administrative resource, you will serve internal customers, participate in project tracking and reporting enhancements, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

This role requires regular interactions with project administrators, territory service managers, district service managers, vendors, and external customers to provide problem-solving information and support project progress.
