Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to join our team at Magure. As a Flutter developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Implementing clean architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
  • Writing scalable, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Converting UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect mobile apps.
  • Ensuring responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Working closely with designers to refine animations, transitions, and overall user experience.
  • Integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs.
  • Handling real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching.
  • Implementing authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
  • Writing unit tests and widget tests to ensure reliability.
  • Debugging and resolving performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.
  • Ensuring apps meet App Store and Play Store compliance guidelines.
  • Optimizing apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  • Implementing best practices for lazy loading, API throttling, and efficient data handling.
  • Monitoring and improving app stability & crash analytics (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Managing builds, releases, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and testing.
  • Providing post-release support, monitoring app performance and user feedback.
  • Staying updated with new Flutter releases, Dart improvements, and mobile app trends.
  • Experimenting with new libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance development speed.
  • Suggesting process improvements and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.
  • Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security.
  • Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics).
  • Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Experience with GraphQL, AWS Amplify, or other backend services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for automated testing and deployment.
