Job Title: Frontend Lead for AEM UI Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced frontend lead to drive the development of engaging web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and experience working with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.

The frontend lead will be responsible for leading the front-end development of AEM Cloud projects, ensuring high code quality and performance. This includes developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, and client libraries, collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend AEM developers to deliver seamless user experiences, leveraging AEMaaCS best practices, and optimizing frontend code for speed, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in AEM projects. They should have proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), strong knowledge of HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM authoring tools, experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and frameworks like React or Angular, and familiarity with AEM Headless capabilities (Content Fragments, GraphQL, SPA Editor).

In addition to technical skills, the frontend lead should have strong communication and team leadership abilities, with experience working with Agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, and Git. Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect) certification is highly desirable.

Requirements:
