Could this be you?

We are looking for an analyst who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in measuring ROI, understanding audience impact and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions for our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collect clean and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources (Instagram YouTube TikTok X Meta Business Suite affiliate dashboards and third-party tools).
  • Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data insights and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy account management and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing digital marketing or media analytics is a big plus).
  • Excellent at MS Excel MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM CPC CPA ROI ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
