Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Tester with extensive experience in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks to perform end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects.
- Work as part of a small Agile/Scrum team to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.
- Plan and execute comprehensive test activities: Test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
- Cover Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
- Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
- Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
- Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
- Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
- QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
