**Job Title:** Motion Graphic Designer**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled motion graphics designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging animations and motion graphics for various media platforms.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex animations for diverse media platforms, including smartphones, tablets, and the web.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to incorporate design elements into projects.
  • Assist in the creation of animation storyboards and conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
  • Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon design.
  • Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.
**Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
