We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team.

"

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock replenishment in assigned areas of the supply chain network, defining safety stock norms and maintaining stock levels in all CFAs to manage uncertainties in demand & supply.

"

You will also be responsible for delivering fill rates (OTIF) at all CFAs across the country, ensuring On Time Finished Goods delivery of Consumer promotions, new launches and season plans in alignment with demand & supply team, Stock Freshness – Maintain high stock Freshness across all CFAs & work on the strategies to reduce SLOB.

"

Your main tasks will include daily stock availability monitoring and distribution planning for all the CFAs, aligning with Logistics team on Dispatch schedule and release dispatch plan, ensuring high truck utilization for all the vehicle movements – Reduce transportation cost.

"

You will also be responsible for ensuring on time dispatches and managing stock levels in the CFAs to avoid sales loss or stock outs, proactively looking at current gaps in service levels (Case Fill, Delivery performance, service network) and suggesting and implementing improvement plans.

"

NPD, promotion & season plans: Align the plan schedules with demand team and ensure the distribution within timelines, Maintain required stock freshness in all the CFAs – Highlight SLOB risks and manage the liquidation in collaboration with sales & marketing teams.

"

Work on the action plans to reduce SLOB generation, Provide forward requirement visibility to Supply team to ensure stock availability, Co-ordination with various stakeholders.
