Lead Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Technology Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in our technology organization, responsible for leading the design and implementation of large-scale data science and analytics projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and implementation of large-scale data science and analytics projects.
  • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Maintaining and improving existing infrastructure and tools.

Requirements / Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Math.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and data platform implementation.
  • Hands-on experience working on large-scale data science and analytics projects.
  • Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.
  • Knowledge of modern distributed machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet, Caffe, and Keras.
  • Ability to prototype and evaluate applications and interaction methodologies.
