Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead our plant and process upgradation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Operation team in improving each plant's performance in various fields.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with experience in leading new projects and monitoring actions concerning technical, process, and SPC studies.

Responsibilities
  • Safety: Support the Operation team in improving each plant's safety performance.
  • Environment: Lead plant and process upgradation initiatives to improve environmental performance.
  • Quality, Capacity, Competitiveness, and Output: Support the Operation team in improving each plant's quality, capacity, competitiveness, and output performance.
  • Process Safety Analyses: Participate in process safety analyses and studies.
  • Automation: Help plants upgrade or install automation in existing plants.
  • Management of Change (MOC): Prepare and review all MOC proposals and validate them.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to create new P&IDs and update existing ones if needed.
  • Feed and Basic Engineering: Manage feed and basic engineering for all projects.
  • R&D and Technical Services: Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new developments.
  • Feasibility Studies, FEED, and Basic Engineering Tasks: Lead feasibility studies, FEED, and basic engineering tasks.
  • Scale-up: Lead scale-up from pilot to plant commercialization.
  • Management of Changes: Actively participate in Management of Changes related to process changes.
