About this role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to optimize the performance of our applications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Minimum 3-5.5 years of experience in Performance testing with good hands-on knowledge of scripting using tool JMeter.
  • Well-versed in Performance Testing concepts, terminologies, and ready to deploy on Assignments.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring servers and setting up monitoring counters using tools like Perfmon, Azure Insights, Cloud Watch etc.
  • Excellent skills in tools like Fiddler, Chrome Developer toolbar, and ability to analyze application traffic.
  • Preferred coding skills Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting.
  • Experience of performance testing over AWS and Azure Cloud platform as an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and understand the performance testing requirements.
  • Create load generation scripts using tools like JMeter.
  • Apply customization in scripts as required.
  • Setup monitoring required and able to capture the results.
  • Generate performance test reports from the data collected.
  • Interact with stakeholders about error/issues faced effectively.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
