Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished automation specialist to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge business process solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism to streamline key business processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and drive efficiency.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable automation solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python to support and extend RPA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing bots and automation processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on RPA best practices and methodologies.
  • Ensure all automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience as a software developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with both UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of process design and improvement, particularly within financial systems.
  • Experience with various automation concepts and frameworks, including attended and unattended bots.
