Fitness Therapist

VLCC Clinics is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to deliver safe and effective slimming and wellness therapies to clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced slimming and weight management therapies, designing customized therapeutic exercise plans, and guiding clients based on their medical and lifestyle needs.

In addition, the successful Physiotherapist will support sales through upselling and cross-selling of wellness therapies, maintain hygiene and equipment as per SOP, and keep accurate service records and generate reports.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct slimming & weight management therapies using advanced appliances.
• Design & supervise customized therapeutic exercise plans.
• Guide clients based on their medical and lifestyle needs.
• Support sales through upselling/cross-selling of wellness therapies.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment, and product stock as per SOP.
• Keep accurate service records and generate reports.
• Refer clients with other concerns (skin/hair) to the right experts.
• Participate in events, workshops, and continuous training.

• Desired Skills:
• Expertise in Physiotherapy assessment & weight management.
• Knowledge of fitness tools (bands, dumbbells, stepper, physio ball, etc.).
• Good communication & client counseling skills.
• Team collaboration & adaptability.
