Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage US Healthcare providers/ physicians/ hospital accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage relationships with healthcare providers to ensure timely payment of claims.
  • Work closely with the team leader to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Handle denials, rejections, LOAs and make required corrections to claims in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and document actions in claims billing summary notes.
  • Review emails for updates and identify issues to escalate to supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims and update production logs accordingly.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of healthcare concepts and principles.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 6-36 months of experience in AR calling.
  • Excellent knowledge of denial management practices.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and project specifications.
  • Proficient in calling insurance companies and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims to meet productivity targets within stipulated time frames.
